* 250 g of sugar
* 1 packet of dry yeast

* 1 orange
* 2 tbsp. Cointreau
* 1 dl extra virgin olive oil Biobosco
* 1 pinch of salt
1.Heat the oven th.7 / 8 (210ºC).
2.But together the eggs, sugar, salt, lemon zest and grated orange until the mixture is frothy.
3.Add the flour and sifted yeast together, then the oil, wine and Cointreau.
4. Butter and flour the crown or cake mold and bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce to th.5 / 6 and cook for 30 minutes (the knife blade should come out dry).
