Biobosco olive oil is obtained by collecting olives with maturity. These carefully picked fruits are quickly squeezed so that the water inside it does not have time to oxidize. This oil retains its best quality.

The result of pressing olives is a homogeneous paste. This cold-pressed paste releases a mixture of oil and water which after decantation and centrifugation makes it possible to obtain the ecological virgin olive oil.

This oil is stored in stainless steel containers, whose temperature is controlled to preserve all these qualities for health.
